O o! so cool! what i did for my cindylou hoo is i got an empty water bottle and held it on my head. then, i flipped my head upside down and tied a bun (with my hair) around the lid of the bottle. i didn't use that much hairspray, and it only took me like 10 mins. It turned out really good! I got ALOT of compliments on it too! :)

its not the best but its ok..try puttin clothes hangers in ur ponytails it will make em stay up and u can move em around (:
