@smartstuffmedia Totally sucked for me, I raced with Bobby in the 65 class in the early 90's when we were kids. He smoked everyone back then. Too bad his pro career didnt take off.

hah! i remember they had to spray the crowd down it was so hot.. i bet it smelled terrific in that port-a-potty eh? ;)

The port-a-potty was nasty, but what they spray the crowd with isn't much better. The water that supplies the irrigation system comes from those brown ponds on the property. Just don't hold your eyes or your mouth open when your gettin' drenched!

The best part of this day was when Grant Langston took out Bobby Bonds in the 2nd moto to win the overall in the 125s!

That was pretty much the beginning of the end of his pro MX career. And it was just a taste of things to come for Langston at Hangtown!
