Janet Jackson sampled this song for her '20 Y.O' album.the song is called 'Do it 2 me' and is one of the best song of hers ever. :)

i never liked comparing versions of songs, in the sense of one being better than another, each one is what its supposed to be by the respective artists imho, i do love this version, it is the original version and is a beautiful composition i think, i do think though, theres a bit more urgency in this version, which adds to the song, luthers version though, has more passion,need and wanting in it, just my 2pence worth :)

@eiereie ... I love what you did with the song and the video! Brenda Russell is one of my fav artist and a personal friend of mine as well! Only For One Night, I think, is her best song! Piano In The Dark is my second fav of Brenda's and of course, her biggest success.

This is one of the best videos ever... you definitely captured the essence of the song using Yuna and Tidus... i love it!
