it's a short for 南無三宝 which means "Hail to the three treasures of Buddhism". Byakuren also says it at the very end of her dialogue with the heroine in Touhou UFO.

Also this part is a parody of the song "Help Me, Eirin!"

00:52 - Not sure about Nue's line here, she's probably making a pun on words which is hard to translate.

@Kintaro506 actually if you look at her sprite when she moves in game the glowing part of the scroll vanishes but her hair is still half purple, so it can't be the scroll making her hair that colour.
