@TheViolinIce You should study the law then. Do you think when police respond they are there to be the judge? She filed a signed police affadavit, which is a sworn statement. The responding officers must follow procedure, which would be to arrest the subject of the sworn complaint. Then it up to the courts to sort the Coco-Puffs from the Captain Crunch. GET IT??
