A Day with AMD India bosses

IT Examiner spent a day in AMDs design and engineering centers in Bangalore where it caught up with AMD India bosses. About 200 engineers in Bangalore AMD India design centre in Bangalore and few more hundreds in Hyderabad played a great role aligning with US teams to come up with this processor as the chip maker claims it has come much ahead of the scheduled timeline. We then drove down to the AMD India engineering centre where we spoke to the India engineering center general manager (GM), Jay Hiremath on the activities of the center and the role it plays in supporting AMD globally
