Thats definitely an american crocodile, their usually around that size and you see them all the tima in florida.

That is Crocodylus acutus...not the kind of saltwater crocodile you are likely thinking of. The actual saltwater crocodile is Crocodylus porosus of Asia & Australia which is extremely dangerous. The species in this video is the American crocodile which is also often found in the ocean. It kills people occasionally in Costa Rica and Mexico but there has never been an attack in Florida. I'd be much more worried about the tides than a crocodile. Not to mention they rarely hunt at sea.

@djflargo lol its an american crocodile- they are in south florida only- central florida and near kennedy space center is too cold for them- some american crocs die during the south florida winters because it can get too cold- its obviously a crocodile, but a lot of people like u might not be able to tell

What's sad is i have actually swam in that water before, not knowing there would be Crocodiles in there.
-
i have lived in central florida by the kennedy space center and seen alligators swimming in the intra-coastal waterway, so i don't think you can assume that just because it is in salt (brackish) water, that it is a crocodile.

@nobodysclown the humans should be removed immediately.

Rock Harbor? I use to hang out at the Mandalay. Grandmom at MM 75 on the ocean. If I had that property now, I'd be a wealthy man. Just south of the Mandalay is a luxury property called Mariner's Cove. What changes the Keys have seen. This was at the Anchorage at Jewfish Creek bridge.

this is NOT a salty. the crocodilius porusus (Saltwater cro) is only living on the Nroth of of australia to Indonasia/Vietnam up t Thailand. This is a American crocodlie, one the the endangered speies which we have to save!

As an update. Someone from Florida Fish & Wildlife (of another Gov't division) called me about the Croc and I guess they relocated it. We were NOT feeding it, but were cleaning lobsters and Seatrout at the fish cleaning table and this up and surprised us all. He was eating the table scraps when I filmed it.
