Here's an updated video showing what techniques and products I use during my weekly wash routine.

Note: The products shown here are what I use MOST and not ALL of the time. I'm always reviewing other products, so I cycle between different lines of products every now and then : )

@stephjohnson19 i don't know if this was Mae's reason, but rinsing with cool water closes the cuticle of the hair, causing less breakage, retaining moisture, and makes detangling easier. Using warm or very warm water keep the cuticle lifted and makes hair more susceptible to breakage.
