Unfortunately I didn't see any proof here of corruption. Some of these people may be regular border crossers that the guards already know so they wave them through faster. As for the apparent "quick hand off" that could have been anything. There may be corruption, but there isn't enough proof here .. though it definitely raises some suspicion bells.
