I think they should build a slightly smaller two-man hot air airship, maybe 80-100,000 cubic feet, that has a larger, four-stroke engine, maybe 90-100 horsepower, driving a pair of large-diameter ducted fans, but without making them vectorable, obviously. It would cut down on the noise greatly and increase the top speed to similar to Goodyear's, which means more exposure in a greater variety of conditions. Of course, it would also need a nose cone then.
