um what? why, when talking about black men, do you mention criminals. The majority of black people aren't criminals. In 2009 the number of black Americans held in state or federal prisons or local jails was 905800. The population of black Americans (in america) in 2008 was 39058834 (US census). Assuming that the black american population didn't grow that year ..., that means that only 2.319% out of every black american at that time was in prison(.btw 61% of all felons are repeat offenders). yep
