@jakemdoran they are totally different shows. The bands on letterman is basically just to finish the show after the celebrity interviews and stand up comedy which is what the shows about. jools holland is purely to see live bands.

jools holland is so much better than letterman for music!
sometimes we get 3 songs,
and he actually know the names of the bands and songs etc
like letterman is clearly reading off a sheet and he still gets it wrong...
