that could be, as no ranks are heard that are specific for the model III, but on the other side it's a pretty short clip so I can't be sure.

OK, I think it makes the most sense that this would be a II/25 with side cabinets. There are several of these around. There is only one known III/39 (in the Yaffe collection) and one known III/42 (in the Sanfilippo collection), and both of these look different than this one.
