  • This changed my life when I was 14! I remember Steve Wright begrudgingly playing this on Radio 1 and putting loads of bird noises and FX on top and then stopping it saying it simply wasn't music. History has proved the cunt wrong...

  • This track shows off the depth of my and many of my tru friends daily vocabulary, about this time, wicked stuff man, think my love for drum n bass came outta listening to tracks like this beaut.

  • @randidno I was a 14 year old synthpop lover (Pet Shop Boys, Erasure, Human League) and wasn't quite convinced that all this new fangled house and techno was 'music'. This tune and Inner City's stuff completely changed me. Within 6 months I was spending my paper round money on Chicago and Detroit imports in Soho!

More than 20 years on still hooked on LFO's descendents from the Bass scene like Boddika, Peasron Sound, Blawan, Mickey Pearce, Mosca, Peverelist, etc

  • absolutely wicked tune.... brings you to endless space and back O_O

  • THAAAAAAAAAAAAANK- YOOUUU!!!!!!

  • HEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP! I've been searching for a choon for years, it's based on this LFO choon, it came out at roughly the same time, I had it on cassete, I recorded it off Steve Jackson's The House That Jack Built - KISS FM back in 1990, but it vanished through a hole in my MK2 Escort- GRRRR! Anyway, the choon I'm searching for sounded almost identical to this one and had the same base line but had some screechy chick yapping away about something. Any clues anyone?

  • Craig Richards closed down Fabric the other night with this gem at 9:30am, I was so fucked up I thought this was minimal techno.... what a tune, what a night, what a club!!

  • lol long b4 the mc crap you get over all tunes better times ;) raindance for me

  • @TheGeraldemerald - Agreed this is regarded as a seminal tune, but how did it change your life? I am intrigued.

  • @TheGeraldemerald did steve wright actually not like this tune? did he listen to it all the way through? probablynot

  • Leeds warehouse classic
