2009 KOH LCQ Clayton's Warthog

2009 King of the Hammers Last Chance Qualifier. I didn't catch a # on this rig. He used the winch to suck down the front suspension and made it up on the 2nd try.

It was originally built as a high speed assault vehicle. The angles everywhere were to deflect blasts. The concept was a vehicle that could move through almost any terrain at high speed with weapons and armor. It could climb and descend 10 to 20 foot ledges. Unfortunately being a Canadian no one cares so we turned it into a fun buggy. It's punished to prove what it can do.

The body reminds me of an Apache helicopter, or a Warthog from Halo.
