Grand Theft Auto IV - Tuning Mod,hydraulics,Pimp,flashing neons+car love 1.0.4.0

this mod is awesome it features a ingame gui you control with the mouse
flashing neons (optional) 2 different colors may be more but i only got 2 neons flashing
hydraulics for every car like in grand theft auto san andreas which is very fun to make the car dance :P

basicly its a tuning mod with all fucntions needed to pimp cars change parts colors etc

i will add some talk bubble to the cars just for fun so stay tuned for that

this mod was tested on patch 1.0.4.0 but it works for all other patches

PS.im sorry for the delay guys i litterly fell asleep infront of the pc when doing a video and then slept for 7 hours since i been getting around 3 hours sleep this week so i guess i needed the rest thou sorry my videos got delayed i hope that won't couse to mutch harm
