  • Wow sorry auto correct messed up big time, it was suppose to say the day before Veterans day this year!! lol sorry!!

  • Good info. This is happening to us right now. The day before Transvaal day this year we got a knock on the door from the court server with foreclosure papers on the house we are doing a rent to own. Our landlord is over 4,000 behind (we got copies of the foreclosure paperwork) and still hasn't told us the house is being foreclosed on. She is taking our rent money and keeping it for her own use. We plan to talk to a lawyer about this, but we are having trouble finding one.....any advice??????????

  • Great information Anne
