BofA Sucks!!! I will soon be closing my accounts as well. What's with cstevenson31's comment? Must work for the bank. I guess BofA is only out to help us manage our money and the ridiculous/predatory fees are only charged as a deterrent, not because of the billions of dollars in annual revenue they create. They are terrible! I had to make an extra payment for my escrow. I sent it in and they still took more money out! Now they are giving me a refund one day after I sent the money. It will be 10 days though! I bust my ass so my payment doesnt go up, and it wasn't even needed!

I have banked with BOA over 30 years have had a credit card with this bank 20+ years and NEVER late on a payment . Then the letter came my credit card rate went from9% to 29.999%. MOVE YOUR MONEY TO SMALL NON TARP BANKS
