busymartian, you do sound like you came from another planet. Barry (Soetoro) was not a nickname - that was his name given to him by his muslim stepfather Lolo Soetoro. Obama was a practicing muslim. Who said his relatives had shortcomings? I did not. I just asked whether he was ashamed of them. Obama in not a Christian - at best he is an atheist. But more than anything Obama is a fraud and a liar.

Obama is a Christian. His Dad was a non-practicing Muslim. Obama lives in America. Many of the relatives on his Dad's side live in Kenya. Kenyan men sometimes take more than one wife. Barack Hussein Obama is his birth name that went back to in High School. Barry was a nickname that he and his Dad both used. Obama is not responsible for the shortcomings of his relatives.
