Considering we are an island nation, cutting our navy by a large scale would be a horrendous idea, especially since we have the Falklands to consider, and theres several small nations that are were once part of the empire that are now independent but rely on us to protect them , Belize for example.
I wish someone would be more clear on where the axe will fall. Certain projects would be more expensive to cancel than proceed with because were tied down to them.
