I dont know how to say but some manouvers which are just unnessesary initiate a drift and some manouvers are very very well done.
You steer to hectically but youre definately a good driver ;-)

Ok, instead of being an asshole like c4521 i'm gonna be condescending. You need to be more smooth. You are on and off the throttle too much. Try to be more progressive so you don't spin the wheels. You are jerking the wheel in and out like crazy. A good rule of thumb is dont get on the gas if you are gonna have to get right back off. In other words dont floor it till you can keep it wide open for the next straight. Hate to be an ass hole.
TL;DR -- Be more smooth.

@c4521 I'll give you 10 tries to beat my time, I bet you can't. I have achieved gold for every event in GT5 including 60 gold for licenses.
