I am impressed that, for brief periods, the rainbow apparently extends over the blue-sky background above the cloud horizon. Nice capture.

Yes it appears that small droplets of rain are blown out of the side of the cloud and because of the perspective (they were blowing towards me) the rainbow appears above the cloud. Interesting
