Highlights from Brigadier General Joseph Caravalho, Jr.'s keynote speech at the 2009 National Conference. Brig. Gen. Caravalho earned the Special Forces and Ranger tabs and was awarded the Expert Field Medical Badge. He completed the Army Airborne and Flight Surgeon schools, as well as the Navy Dive Medical Officer and SCUBA courses. His individual awards include the Legion of Merit with oak leaf cluster, Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Army Meritorious Service Medal with six oak leaf clusters, Joint and Army Commendation Medals, and the Army Achievement Medal with three oak leaf clusters. He is also a recipient of the Order of Military Medical Merit.
Look at this decorated muffin. He's responsible for denying what little dignity the Army can bestow upon the wounded. I'd love to choke him unconscious or give him a permanent brain injury so he can see what an idiot he is.
