Evan, it's a common Jewish phrase to say, "May you live a long life" or "May you live to 120 years." But the key note here is to refute your claim that he isn't Jewish. As a matter of fact, I'm a Yemenite Jew and my 3rd language aside from English and Hebrew is Arabic, and I can tell you he doesn't speak Arabic very well. He is Jewish, but Neturei Karta, whose ideology is anti-Zionist and pro-Arab, that's it.
