Speaking of ignorant.....Have you guys ever heard of polo???? Its the same thing. And from what I have seen of this sport animals are not abused. They carry the players.....Donkey's are pack animals after all. They're bred to carry things. Hello!!!

I have been to many donkey ball games and theres nothing cruel or mean about them. If anything it will make your sides hurt from laughing so hard. The donkeys are never mistreated... grow up people

@proudtobefromwv i dont lead a sheltered life and actually have an I.Q. score of 130, i'm on my high school's basketball team and i think this sport is retarded. if people enjoy playing it then that's fine, it's just my opinion that playing a sport on fucking donkeys is rediculous.

@reyasdread I have to disagree with you.... this is fairly different in most respects. The donkeys are being paraded around a noisy, enclosed gymnasium while their handlers get pretty rough in the process of being caught up in the game. Polo is quieter as well as being held outdoors, with the contestants being more professional in their conduct. Donkey Basketball is one hell of a joke and is for rednecks, by rednecks. with no respect for the animals involved.

I,for one,think that this is cruel. Nobody should be forced to walk out on a court like that and then parade around in the nude! Someone put some pants and shirts on those poor animals!
