  • I love L-Theanine! I'm a student and I'm super busy all the time. I take one a day and I'm more relaxed and more focused. It's great!

  • You can take as much as you want. I have gone up to 3 grams a day, it's great

  • this supplement SUCKS. recently i feel even more emotionally numb & unmotivated, and it makes my attention span wrose after taking it. im ditching this crap...its only been a few days & im already dulled down, all my "excited" emotions are inhibited

  • Selling pills or not, the science behind it is very solid. So -- with that said, don't run away thinking that L-Theanine will not help reduce anxiety and help some people focus.
