Images from my recent trip to Galicia, Spain. Scenes include the cathedral (the shrine of St. James) and the Pazo de Raxoi (Raxoi's Palace) in the enchanting capital city of Santiago de Compostela; the newly designed Ciudad de la Cultura de Galicia (designed by renowned New York architect Peter Eisenman). Also, the lovely seaside town of Portosin; the preparation of one of Galicia's signature dishes, "Pulpo a la Gallega" (Galician-style octopus); the spectacular views from the cliffs of San Andres de Teixido, and the breathtaking Playa de las Catedrales ("Beach of the Cathedrals").

Filmed with the Panasonic GH2 using stock 14-42mm lens, M42 Super-Takumar 50mm f/1.4, Panasonic 45-200mm, & 20mm f/1.7 pancake lens. Oh, and a Flip camera for two shots (guess which ones).
Special thanks to my Gorillapod tripod with ballhead and the comfy Lowepro SlingShot 102 Camera Bag -- couldn't have done it without them.
