I know it needs a music track(Ravel's Bolero?) suggestions are welcome.
This was late this summer of '09 and they had started out on my patio but I didn't want them making it their traditional mating ground so encouraged them to move onto the lawn.
Check out how they keep their tail-feathers turned inward even when they reverse the direction of the circle.
Was there a happy ending? Not that I witnessed.

  • Also, there was a cool mating call that I recorded on other portions of the tape.

The dominant male would puff up and let out a short, deep kind of grunt and ruffle his feathers at the same time. The bass from it was pretty impressive.
