beautiful doggie! my pup just had fho surgery too, about 3days ago. most painful thing to watch. did you do any special PT, or take her to a center or anything?

Thanks for the feedback. We have had many dog have this surgery and 99.% of them recovery beautifully. Most recovered without PT but if we or the family that adopted them saw they were not making progress, we did use a therapist just to show us what exercises to do. It was important to apply ice packs the first few days as well to keep the swelling down. Best of luck on your dog's recovery. You will be amazed how fast they bounce back!
