Video and music rights owned by Victor Entertainment Inc. I do not own this video. This song "Nada sou sou" was released in 2001, it became a long seller, selling for more than 3 years. Finally it reached 1.2 million singles sold, and a movie called "Nada sou sou" too, was made, based on the lyrics. This is a cover of the song by BEGIN, released in 2000. Hayley Westenra sung an English cover for her album Hayley sings Japanese Songs.

  • JPOP is better than KPOP !

    :D

  • I love this song very deeply...

  • 自分のルーツに誇りをもつのは結構だが、事情のわからない外人につっかかるのは恰好悪いね。

    沖縄の音楽の素晴らしさについて語り合えればいいのに。

  • Excellent Japanese lyrics in western melody is enjoyable for the heart touching singer. O uta wo totemo tanoshii desu.

  • @OkinawanBabydoll

I meant no disrespect in my comment, as I have friends both in Main Land Japan and Okinawa! Sumimasen ne! There are many things I do not know or understand about the Japanese culture, but I continue to seek more information, so I thank you for teaching me!

Did you ever find the song you were looking for?

  • @Densuke57 Okay i'm sorry but that isn't even close to the same thing. It isnt about where someone is from @nightsiren13 is talking about nationality. Okinawan and Japanese are not the same. They are similar, true but they have completly different cultures and beliefs, they arent even on the same landmass and they have their own language. They are two seperate, unique nationalities. It's offensive to say otherwise.

  • Beeeeautiful Song

  • @nightsiren13

In America, we have 50 different States and we all are Americans, but many people when asked: "Where are you from?" They will give name of State, not country! Your father is just proud to be from Okinawa and there is nothing wrong with that!

  • This is one of many Japanese songs I listen to every day in my car when going places! I visit Japan each year and am always learning from the people I meet there! Doumo arigato gozaimasu
