The vegetable section of the Marketo in the capital of Ethiopia; Addis Ababa. It's a crowded, busy, smelly and awesome place.
The Marketo is really a section of town over a square mile in size and has many sections within it. In the Marketo there is a market for everything and anything. If you can't find something here, you probably won't find it anywhere in Africa. The Marketo is the largest open air market in all of Africa. This is how the average Ethiopian gets his groceries. It's all organic, all local, and all natural.

  • My camera would be at much more risk in the average American city than in the Markato.
