the cotton wool is good, however in clinic, to save time when testing for sensation just run both your hands along the length of the patients legs, save time, unless you're testing for dermatome weakness then the cotton wool is a good idea.
Also, when carrying out ROM remember active before passive as this examination can effect tone. to get a true recording of the amount of ROM a patient has do active first as this will be there true tonal level.
other than that it's really good.
