I'm Fractured Silom, and here's a Tutorial on how to create Pro Signatures on Halo 3.
Go to this link and type in "Fractured Silom" in the search bar- http://www.bungie.net/ and go to my File Share to download the map. You must have a Bungie.net account that is linked to your gamertag, and you must be signed in to download the Sig map.
Ok, so a frequently asked question is where do you shoot the weapons..... You shoot the lower platform by the water. With a laser, you can be on the platform and kinda shoot at your feet. With a Fuel Rod, you have to go onto BR Tower on the ramp and look over the edge and shoot at the platform.
To make Signatures like Sigzy or De Behr, you have to have a modded xbox OR have a friend that has a modded xbox. You make the Sig and the person with the modded xbox mods the smoke on the smoke tower to create the effect. No, I am not a modder, thats why I do not create modded Sigs. I find creating Original sky sigs a lot easier.

@XboxMoments well duh, i made this video before Halo Reach. Bungie obviously made Singatures better to do in Reach because they saw that is was popular in Halo 3
