NJ Shore Fit Personal Training Strength and Conditioning Coaches are more than happy to work with athletes on their HS Football Combine Training. Here is an athlete (Wide Receiver) at 6'2" 190lbs Bench Pressing 185 for 22 reps, which is pretty good for the NFL Combine. We also got this athlete to a 4.4 40 yd, 3.9 agility, 10'6" broad jump and 42" vertical.

  • his feet aren't flat on the ground because that is the powerlifting form to produce more leg drive. some people bench better with feet flat on the ground some don't

  • Feet flat on the ground. Don't put that extra strain on the lower back.
