This can be learned on the Jerry Andrus dvd set available through Meir Yedid. Just type in Jerry Andrus and the dvds should pop up in a search engine.

Is hand size an issue when it comes to this routine? I know you have big hands.

It helps in the case of the shift but not necessary for the shuffle.
