    Should just ask yourself what you're watching this for.

    I'm Asian and I find this interesting and enlightening. I bet you didn't know popcorn worked like that or how certain rice snacks get their texture. I bet you didn't know how to make what he made before you watched the video. I sure didn't.

    I was thinking more on the lines of a "Rice Krispies" type of puffed rice - not this overcooked, then microwaved THEN (yuck) deep fried type of rice.

    this is called "bánh tráng mè đen" in Vietnamese. We grill them, not fry. Its kind of a street food, super cheap, super fun to eat
