I am down 14lbs altogether and I am STOKED!!!
i did eat sum junk food but i was VERY aware of servings and calories.
I am still drinking mostly water, flavored water, etc.
since is a quest and not a diet, i can just continue on and feel okay bc i kno if i stray a lil bit, i can always sway back the right way! *smile*
any suggestions are greatly appreciated...truth
