If the existence of your deity was as obvious as you suggest, then we wouldn't have a need to debate it at all.

@nyscholartist Virgin Births and Flying horses come in the category of what we call as miracles. God has created the universe whch has laws we can observe, if he has made the universe where male and female lead to a new child, that he being the creator is capable of making birth thriugh one parent absent also. This is a demonstration for us mortals of God's power. He is the best of creators and has power over all things.

@MatrixOfDynamism I'm not sure there's any truth behind these things. There's zero evidence for the kind of hocus pocus we see in Harry Potter. And there's zero evidence for staffs turning into snakes, virgin births, and prophets in the desert flying to heaven on winged horses. Something doesn't become true merely because a holy book says it is. Finally, it is far more reasonable to believe in an idea of God without the irrational and barbaric trappings of the monotheistic religions.
