i used qqtimer and your same scramble. It was actually a pretty good scramble. usually cubetimer has pretty easy scrambles. I didn't get PLL skip like you, I must of started from a different spot because I saw 1 easy x-cross then did normal f2l. I got an easy oll but i got my HATED G PERM!!!!
