typically i agree with mr. ventura's assessments, he got the 9.3 seconds correct for a billiard ball from the top floor... the formula is t = sqrt(2d/a) = sqrt(2*415/9.8) = ~9.3 ... but why is he talking about stopping and starting the ball between 10 stories and between floors? what is he trying to prove with this assessment? is he trying to articulate that with each collapsing floor you should restart the timer? that's my guess. yours?
