This game is one my most favorite games, it is quite long, and has 3 endings! There are also many side-quests you can do as well.

I still say that *everyone* should play the amazingness that is Cave Story, you may find that you actually like it :P Well, preferably with a decent usb joypad, or on the Wii... Fantastic 2D games like this, with a beautifully atmospheric storyline and perfectly balanced gameplay, are slowly becoming a lost art!

uhh... im not so sure what embodiment means but all imeant was that he usually always talks abouyt maplestory, gunbound or pokemon and i now what maplestory and poemon are so i thought this was gunbound

No, it is Cave Story. Google for Cave Story. It is amazing.

You get the bubble gun by using jellyfish juice on the fireplace in the meeting hall in mimiga village, and the spur (which you described as a laser) by never trading your polar star for the machine gun or snake, and instead taking it back to the hermit gunsmith (you can get back there by boosting upwards in the left part of mimiga village). As for the third ending... google how to get into the Sacred Grounds, because it's complex and requires doing about 5 or 6 obscure things through the game.

Holy SH!T! Where did you get that 'bubble' gun from at 2:10 and the laser at the end? And THREE ENDINGS and side quests?!!! I didn't know my favorite indie game had all of that. Maybe I shouldn't have ignored using teleporters to go back to areas I've already beaten. Also, was that Booster 2.0 you had at the end? Oh and I unlocked 2 of the 3 endings now that I think of it. I wonder how you get ending #3????
