  • Dear Dr Oleg Kshivets, what about Arab patients?

  • @saudisurgery Yes, send patients with data in English.

  • May we send patients with local advanced gastric cancer for complex surgery from the USA?

  • OK! Certainly send. Thus observe following conditions for gastric cancer patients:

1)Patients should be in a good physical condition.

2)They should not have the generalization.

3)Do not waste time. Remember that such patients usually live several weeks without radical operation.

  • Total 5-year survival of gastric cancer patients after complete gastrectomies & D2-4 lymphadenectomies is 51%, 10-year survival - 44%, 20-year survival - 32%. Postoperative 30-days mortality after total & proximal gastrectomies is 1%, after distal gastrectomies - 0.4%.

  • I am stunned not only because he is evidently a top professional, but because of his approach to profession. He is a man among men. Deepest respect from Italy.

  • Great videos of a great doctor. It seems like he is still very fascinated by what he does. Iam fascianted also. I could never equal up to what you are and what you do. I admire your work and thank you for the videos. Good health to you.

  • May I ask 2 questions:

What about total 5-year survival of stomach cancer patients after complete gastrectomies?

    What about postoperative (30-days) mortality?

  • The strongest surgeon which I ever met!

  • Yes, extraordinary surgeon!
