This is a step up from the first progression shown in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQoakFBguA4. Instead of leaving the legs vertical and only performing the vaulting movement; in this progression, the legs are brought all the way back down similar to a hanging leg raise, then brought back up to perform the pole vault movement.
