too many inconsistencies for this to be legit.
1. Its a spitfire core - max stock speed was 1000 Mhz - no way it would even boot at 3.8 Ghz on air cooling, no matter what the core voltage is.
2. Fan is not spinning even though its plugged into the motherboard.
3. Die package is intact at the end
no burning or scorching of the circuit board substrate around the die
This is clearly staged with a small explosive charge under the socket.
