Hello YouTube,

You guys have done an excellent job as far as making this site enjoyable and user friendly as possible. Of course, there are bugs to be worked out here and there, but overall, GREAT JOB!

This video has been an issue of mine that I've held deep in my conscience for a while because it personally affects and effects my interaction with one of my friends for almost 10 years. You see, I put alot of work and effort, as alot of us do, into my videos. You guys have switched to animated video thumbnails to help crack down on thumbnail cheating and frozen view counts from those that purchase views from third party sites and you are to be commended for those actions. Your team also added a closed caption feature, specifically, for the hearing-impaired, bravo, YT, bravo. However, when you guys added that feature you acknowledged an unheard amount of this community, or their sub-community.

My question is: Why not add a "Hearing-Impaired" tab in the categories?

You all have done a stand up job, thus far, as far as deleting inappropriate content so far...with a bit of help from us, of course, but no one's perfect, eh?

This community is here as well and while they may be overlooked by most of us, they are there and I never would have even known if it didn't have a friend who couldn't fully enjoy my videos.....or almost ANY video for that matter.

there are some youtube videos that have special button on them (buttons like full screen, pause, etc.) that puts all words in video to subtitles. only videos ive seen like this tho are my computer teacher's videos like this one

weird thing is, the ratio of hearing impaired to people who can hear is about 1000000000:1
