Police support GAY BASHING Oct 8, 2004

This was an act of retaliation from the Youngstown Police department. James Ludt exposed the aware this "illegal" go-go club. That had been operating "illegally" since it had moved from its old location that was grandfathered at. In 1995, the city of Youngstown adopted an ordinance making it "illegal" for any ADULT business to operate within 50 feet of a residence. The New Affair was operating at 968 Midlothian blvd. legally. It moved in 1998 to an "illegal" location known as 1418 Midlothian. Joe Bell from WKBN and Youngstown City Officials, did NOT tell the public the truth. James Ludt and his family have suffered dearly due to the city's decision to cover up the fact it was in on keeping the go-go club open. For the next three years, the city of Youngstown RETALIATED against Ludt and his Family. Ludt won three cases against Youngstown and is in a Federal lawsuit currently.

The Radio station named ROCK 104 in Youngstown,Ohio is and was responsible for putting this kid out in front of james Ludt's property claiming that he LOVES PENIS. Watch as the Youngstown Police sit there and threaten Ludt with Obstructing Justice. Does this cop even know the meaning. That's right, James Ludt had been exposing that the City of Youngstown was and had been permitting the go-go bar called the "NEW AFFAIR LOUNGE" to operate "illegally" for years NEXT to Ludt's property.
