@dservinsoxrule It's about a neighborhood in the American South that's "changing" and seeing more and more black people moving in. The "old lines are drawn again" meaning the white residents and black residents start segregating themselves as they did in the past. A young black man falls in love with a local white girl and, while he's pledging his love for her on the outskirts of town, he's shot by a bullet from a passing car.
It's essentially about latent racism still remaining in the south.
