I created this video soon after I first heard this song, finding the lyrics and melodies to show meanings and coherence with Gears of War 2's story. This particular video shows the struggles of War for Marcus & Dom, through losing their comrades as well as loved ones.

just a question, why did tei kill himself....was it from craziness?, tortured to much?, or thinks theirs no hope for the COG? knows they might lose the war? ...anyone know specifically?

I think it's a mixture. Y'know the torturing was pretty brutal and so the pain would have been agony really. Plus the fact that the locust are so barbaric they are thus strong as an army. It probably broke Tai's will to live thinking about the repurcusions of humanity losing. However it's not really said why Tai specifically kills himself so you're guess is as good as mine.

It aint perfect man :) I mean the trouble of an editor with stock footage is how to utilise it. I This was very vague throughout its production(with a simple storyboard), and only took about 3 hours to make. I also had to find cutscenes without subtitles (meaning i had to miss some sequences), and all i can do with scenes is give them new meaning. That said though, thanks to all of you who like this video, I should be creating another one soon.

@Darksun6457 it was from the torture. you see, tai was a kind of spiritual warrior; he believed that everything happens for a reason. Basically he knew that any moment he could be killed by the locust, and he accepted that fact and continued fighting, somebody of that mind set wouldnt kill themselves because they thought they would lose, they would continue fighting until they couldnt fight anymore. however the locust, who can take more pain, used torture methods that would break any human.
