This is a better version of the video. Alfred Hitchcock and Bernard Herrmann were genius, without them I never could be an professional editor. So, I made this video with scenes of my favourites Hitch's movies and my favourite Herrmann theme. Enjoy! Note: the music is the main theme from the film North by Northwest directed by Hitchcock and music by Bernard Herrmann.

I hate this version of the N*NW score... It's too slow for me... I like the fast version but it did fit the video-time wise. I just wish it was faster... It would make the video more exciting!... GREAT JOB! Love it!
This version is not that bad, but I totally understand what you mean by a faster tempo. The two releases of "Psycho" don't match the original tempo, but McNeely's version comes the closest. I see your name is "DannyElfmanFAN". He is my favorite film composer and who really got me into film music as a whole. Great youtube name! :)
Thanks for the posting, With this, I saw an Alfred Hitchcock's picture that has blood IN COLOR ! ;O Alfred Hitchcock, for me, always did his films with blood in p&b... This scene that the blood's in color (at 1:05) what's its name ? :]
Hi, The name of the film is Torn Curtain. It was made in 1966 and the stars are Paul Newman and Julie Andrews. Is a very unknow Hitchcock, but this film is suspense from the beginning to the end, particullary the end.
I like your video very much! I am a big fan of Herrmann's music. Actually, I have been on a Bernard Herrmann kick listening to a ton of his scores. I do love the main theme for "North by Northwest". By far my favorite score by him is "The 7th Voyage of Sinbad". Genius, pure genius!
