This is volunteer work that could not be more satisfying. I am able to sit on the bench and adjudicate Small Claims, traffic, unlawful detainer trails and more. The court could use your help. There are a lot of cases out there that pile up and someone's got to hear them. If you qualify, it could be you.
I got this award for serving over 40 days in 2010. No one in the court system takes the work of the pro tems for granted. Awarding the plaque is L.A. Superior Court Presiding Judge Lee Edmon and Temp. Judge Committee Chair Judge Stuart M. Rice.
